Amit is a successful Chartered Accountant with 18 years of experience. He has built his practice from scratch and now manages a large client base. He has gone beyond his official mandate to be a friend and mentor to his clients.
Amit has inherent capabilities of analyzing and suggesting structured financial solutions to Aurel's clients. He has also successfully completed several debt raising including difficult cases.
Amit, along with Anurag, started and grew Aurel in Pune over the years. He is now focused on growing the Mumbai office to scale.

Anurag Shah
Head – Accounting & Audit Support, MIS
Anurag is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 25 years of industry experience with large companies (Eicher Motors, HCL Perot Systems, T Systems, Nihilent Technologies, to name a few) with over 10 years in leadership positions. It included a 3 year consulting stint with Credit Suisse, Centre of Excellence India. His strength is his analytical skills to evaluate and build strategies for growth. He has recruited, trained and retained a very passionate and competent Finance team in his companies.
Anurag is a co-Founder at Aurel. He has been working successfully with SMEs as a consulting CFO for last 2 years where apart from Finance areas, he has trained and mentored the teams.

V. Suresh
Head – Bengaluru & Legal Compliance
Suresh is a Company Secretary and Cost Accountant with over 28 years industry experience in Legal & Compliance, Mergers & Acquisitions and Finance & Accounts. He has worked in companies across industries and was last employed at QuEST Global as Head – Legal and Company Secretary. His experience spans various countries and he is comfortable working in multi locational and global environment.
He has rich experience in managing the complete life cycle of M&A from target identification to due diligence to closure & integration. He has also worked on corporate restructuring to ensure business and tax efficiency, fund syndication including both equity and debt on attractive terms and managed teams in legal & accounts functions.

Sridharan Kesavan
Director - Operations Management
Sridharan specialises in the area of Operations Management. He has more than 28 years of industry experience across Manufacturing, Information Technology, Management Consulting and Government sectors. He holds a Masters in management degree from Indian Institute of Technology and a B Tech In Mechanical Engineering from University of Calicut.
He has had hands on experience in designing, developing, implementing and managing operations by integrating the People, Process and Technology aspects of organisations. He has headed both operations, and strategy functions. He has also been an advisor to the head of a Revenue service. He has worked in India, France and South Africa.

Mr. Kaushal Kumar Lata

Kaushal is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with approx. 14 years of working experience with best in class organisations like Vodafone and PwC, among others. He has headed verticals like Finance & Accounts, MIS, Internal Audit and Commercials and led various projects during employment. He has conducted internal audit assignments across India, UK and South Africa.

Mr. Rajendra Singh Singhvi

Rajendra Singhvi is a Chartered Accountant with a rich experience of over 30 years in finance & accounts functions predominantly in auto and telecom sector as CFO/ Head Finance of large Domestic & International Organisations (Tata Autocomp, Automotive stampings, Dish TV, Idea Cellular, LG Electronics, Escorts Communications, JK Tyres). He has expertise in implementing Balance Scorecard framework to drive financial performance and an Enterprise Risk Management framework to anticipate and mitigate risks at an enterprise level.
His strength is his ability to analyze challenges facing clients & suggest structured solutions in respect to fund raising, cashflow management, internal controls, EBIDTA improvement and corporate restructuring.
